People were nice but HR not so much

Pros
The people in the department were nice. They have a private carpark so parking isn't an issue. Good place to learn.
Cons
HR depardment were borderline draconian. They required that every second be mapped even if you were delayed getting in by a couple of minutes, if you did this too many days in a row then this would trigger a "Review". In the entire time i worked there I didn't get a pay rise even though I got a promotion.
