Trust - I was hired as a Sales Account Manager but ended up also doing Social Media work because the co-founder saw creative talent in me
Team spirit: Everyone is super passionate and that infected me. Also super friendly and personal, with daily table tennis or fusball games
Guidance: I was given hints and tips but told to figure out my own style of work. This was initially tough but let me really develop
