Incredibly transparent teams. Everyone owns the end result. Room to grow. Supportive leadership.

Cons

Salaries for Project Management and Support roles are not aligned in the UK and North American Markets. Work life balance is currently not ideal. Expected workload for UK and NA is way too high.
