      team is great and good with work with.

      Terrible leadership team, especially the incompetent CTO. This would have been a much better place if the current CTO is replaced.

      My experience at Jerry was traumatizing. They operate as if they're Google or Amazon or one of the big tech players and they're not. It was clear to me after my second day that this was not the right place. There's no onboarding, teams seem to be very siloed, and the culture is questionable. That's all I'm going to say but I would avoid this company at all costs.
