      Cons

      This company can ruin your career. 80% of their employees were third party who now have been removed completely. Jasper has removed on-roll employees within 10 minutes of notice. Very poor company policies. Not at all employee friendly. Forget about leaves. They count weekends as holidays. Fixed timings 5 days, 9 hours. Most of the employees therefore leave this company within a year.
