      - Amazing library in Karlin with good resources for teachers and language learners - Convenient schedule system - Opportunity to actually fill up your schedule the way it works for you

      Cons

      - Low wage, I worked for this company for 3 years and the salary increase was little to nothing even after getting a degree and going through all the lesson reviews they have once a year. - The cancellation system is not teacher-friendly. Students might cancel a lesson last minute and the system leaves it up to you to decide if you want this to be paid for or no. - No career development
