      The people on the shop floor are a great group of people to work with. Above average benefits decent pay for the area. Union Shop

      Cons

      New ownership in the last year. Moral on the shop floor is at rock bottom, there is a lot of concern about the future on the shop floor.

      Pros

      Overtime, always busy, variety of tasks, burn time, can get hired as a temp and then hired as an employee, different shifts, union job

      Cons

      You can only be three minutes late; after three warnings and you are unemployed no matter how many years you have been employed there, it is not heated or air conditioned, union job
