      Pros

      Competitive pay. Strong, supportive ownership and leadership. Ownership/Managers are accessible and genuinely invested in employee growth. Clear opportunities to learn, grow, and move up within the company. Hands-on learning with real responsibility. Collaborative, dependable team culture. Open communication is valued and encouraged. Fast-paced, engaging work I only left after 6 years due to relocating out of state.

      Cons

      The support is there, but do not expect hand holding. Best suited for people who like variety, learning and responsibility.

      Pretty nice office, good kitchen with good snack, good ceo, good office design

      Cons

      Gossip culture at its finest. like going to middle school every day. At least back then. it was a shipwreck. very few people still there from our “old days” now. My crew all jumped ship within a year, better design opportunities in more central neighborhoods offered in sf.
