      Pros

      Work life balance is the best I have seen. You set your hours, other than weekly team meetings.

      Low starting pay in first year and no competitive profit sharing until year 2

      Pros

      The owners are a sweet couple. They're devoutly religious and incorporate Christian values in their management style. The office dress code is super casual and everyone who works there is pretty chill.

      Cons

      The pay wasn't too great at first, but that's mostly because it takes a long time before an engineer trainee starts being productive. Glass engineering isn't taught in universities.
