      Pros

      - Family run - Great support from the people team and HR department - the work life balance, in our department, is good - my manager is really supportive - training and development is offered - Trusted to do my job without micromanagement

      Cons

      If you benchmarked the pay against similar roles elsewhere, it may not be the highest but the grass isn't always greener somewhere else and a i appreciate the company's values and my work-life balance.
