Pros

All-around good people. Really good Culture program. Considerate towards employees.

Cons

Bought and subsequently dismantled by QUAD/Graphics. Greatly reduced culture. Most senior management was removed, replaced by QUAD management. Many are now remote, spending a majority of their time in conference/video calls. QUAD is untrustworthy in general.
