Iverify was excellently positioned to capture marketshare from industry leaders, but has squandered momentum and customer goodwill over the past 12 to 18 months.
Cons
Senior management seems to be making decisions only for short-term paper profitability to position the company for sale. This has hurt customer service, employee morale, and the financial health of the company. Many long-term employees with years of experience have left and are continuing to leave, which has left gaps in knowledge and skill, and contributes to the ongoing issues, creating a feedback loop of decreased performance, morale, and retention.
