      Pros

      Good team and mostly great people working here who care about trying to build good software and a good business

      Cons

      Jim Thomas is by far the worst CEO I've ever worked for. He belittles and yells at employees who are working hard, while doing little to no work himself, apart from futzing around with spreadsheets.

      Great group of people all focused on getting the job done well. Good staff communications and lots of ideas.

      Cons

      Goals can change quickly and drastically. Much of this can be blamed on the pandemic, but much of it not. Some changes may not be fully thought through.
