Pros
Great place, nice warm atmosphere. Home office, low stress, very busy but not a lot of pressure. Flexible hours, warm and friendly people who really care about one another. Owner is open to suggestions about how to improve and bring in extra business. Everyone works together really nicely. It's a warm, family atmosphere.
Cons
There really aren't any cons except that there aren't any benefits, It's a great place to work, nice people to work with and they really support a work/life balance.
