A supportive team environment where colleagues help each other, along with management that encourages new ideas. Chances to learn and grow, a meritocratic environment, and the ability to take on significant responsibility early in one's career. The team I worked with was incredibly collaborative and supportive. I really enjoyed the opportunity to work on innovative projects and felt valued by company. 5 days working with good culture and balanced life
