Not focused, no direction, doing too many non-impactful small projects

Good salary for the location, quite flexible in terms of working hours

Cons

Management not focused, too many people at the senior management level who have been too long in the organisation that glorify past achievements, no clear direction from the No 1. Some staff are clearly lazy and not motivated but nothing is being done to address non performance.
