      I've been working at Irregular Choice for a few years now, progressing through various roles, from warehouse to head office. I've had nothing but support and positive reinforcement from my piers and superiors. If you're honest and work hard, you can find a comfortable role with great people in this unique company.

      Cons

      After the move of the distribution centre/ head office from Brighton to Shoreham, I found the location can be awkward to get to.. but it has forced me to take up cycling!

      a creative place, lots of fun shoes and nice colleagues
