      Pros

      Agents were good people looking for help.

      Cons

      Not really concerned about employees, customers and agents always come first. Corporate Office was a complete downer - felt as though someone was looking over your shoulder constantly. Fun was NOT encouraged at the corporate office.

      Avg. commission %, new agent coaching, how management handles new competition, inconsistency among office managers on what commission to charge sellers

      Great place to launch a career

      Pros

      Paid Time Off and Dental benefits are good. Managers are always looking to give you opportunity to grow and build your resume.

      Cons

      Limited room for advancement. Positions are limited and the majority of positions are entry level. You cannot receive a raise without receiving a new job title. The salaries are low, but not awful. The focus is not retaining employees.
