      Pros

      Excellent management, outstanding culture, great people, good work-life balance, genuine care for employees, good benefits and compensation. New MD has brought back the Inzpire spirit!

      Cons

      Customer sites can be poor quality but Inzpire strives to make them as comfortable as possible for employees.

      Pros

      Great place to work. Leadership is highly visible, the companies 5 year strategy is good. Flexible working is phenomenal. You're treated like an adult - trusted to get the job done without someone looking over your shoulder. The coffee is great at head office.

      Cons

      2025 was rough for the business due to the parent company QinetiQ announcing a profit warning. 2026 appears to be better.

      Great benefits and competitive salaries. Trusted workforce. Good work-life balance for the majority. Interesting roles.

      Cons

      Limited career promotion as employees stay for a longtime because they like the Company so much. Increasing unwelcome interference from QinetiQ (parent Group)
