      Leadership is focused on core capabilities. Team is committed to creating great work in a collaborative environment.

      Cons

      Workload to available resources is (slightly) out of balance. This is improving each day, however.

      Pros

      Chance to work with some of the world's greatest brands. Able to gain experience across production, emerging technologies and cross channel marketing/merchandising strategies. Good pay and comp plan. Lot's of options for benefits. Nice work life balance. Core team is strong and emerging leadership is intelligent and looking to make the right moves to grow this business. If you have and idea they encourage you to run with it.

      Cons

      A fast moving company is not for everyone. There has been a lot of change so the dust is settling on what the company will look like a year from now.

      Pros

      The people at Invodo are reasons number 1, 2, and 3 to join the team. Dedicated, collaborative, loyal, and fun they are at the center of what makes Invodo a great place to work. I could go through all the perks; the office location in Austin, the state-of-the-art facility in Dallas, the free snacks, but you can't get this kind of team anywhere else - they make all the difference.

      Cons

      Invodo has been going through some transformational changes, both culturally and strategically. They're making great progress but will continue to want to focus ahead, instead of letting some of the legacy challenges distract them from continuing to build on all their new momentum.
