      Acquired By Industrial Color And Everyone Lost Their Jobs

      Pros

      Invodo had its ups and downs, as all companies do, but overall it was an incredible place to work. Great people were involved in growing the company, and themselves, which created an enriching workplace. Everyone should be proud of what they accomplished and know that the real relationships built will last even if the company does not.

      Cons

      Everyone had high hopes about the great opportunities the future held when Invodo was acquired by Industrial Color. But due to poor planning, disrespectful client management, and incompetent leadership at Industrial Color what was built over the course of 10+ years was dissolved in less than 1.

      Snack room and flexibility with working from home.

      Cons

      Small company, small staff, I know they have had to let some people go at least while I worked there.
