Pros
The management is invested in their employees' success and create an optimistic and highly focused work environment. Due to the precise nature of the work they do, Inverse Solutions offers on the job training with other professionals in the field and allow many opportunities to prosper within the company. The position I fill keeps me on my toes, and I enjoy working along side my supervisor who is always available to answer questions or offer any additional help that I may need to be successful at my job. Working with Inverse has allowed me to gain irreplaceable experience interacting with global customers and learning new skillsets that are unique to this field.
Cons
Demand in the manufacturing field has increased within the past year, making extra help difficult. The work load tends to be heavy, but creates many opportunities for overtime if willing.

Inverse has a wide variety of the latest CNC equipment ranging from Mills, Lathes, Swiss and EDM equipment.
Cons
The building is a little small for the equipment.
