Everyone I've worked with is great, and tend to move towards the same goal

The overall goal of the company has shifted several times working here. The venture backed nature forces us to chase the lastest shiny object at times vs focusing on our core.

The work itself is rewarding, in the fact you're helping small businesses grow and be creative in their pursuit. Internally everyone is extremely kind and genuine. People will go out of their way to accommodate you or help where they can. Although it is 100% remote now, it doesn't feel like it. They make a great effort in keeping everyone connected virtually and I don't mean by unnecessary meetings. Another thing I find rare and important, is that this company lives and breathes their values. Every person embodies and exemplifies the values, which makes working together flow seamlessly. Lastly, the benefits are also top notch and they really encourage a good work l life balance.
Cons
Not necessarily a con, but things move very quickly and you have to be sharp and agile.
