      Pros

      The company is a start-up so you can expect a very good atmosphere. Besides, if youlike technology and the possibility to work with cutting-edge technologies, this is a wonderful place to be. You can also expect high degree of flexibility in all the aspects of your relationship with the company.

      Cons

      Sales workforce is not very powerful. Lack of relationships at the top level, what makes selling activities extremely challenging. I guess the company will be acquired within the next months or years.

      Good work environment. Nice technology and product portfolio. Lots of opportunities to work on interesting projects. High degrees of freedom.

      Cons

      Lack of resources is a very usual situation. Pick workloads are becoming more and more frequent.. Communication does not flow fluidly within the organization
