There is quite literally nothing to report that is positive about this company. They will hire you and literally expect you to train yourself. The gossip is absolutely deplorable here and it is done by the supposed HR gal. Everything about the environment here is toxic. Do not expect to be paid well either, they railroad withstanding long-term loyal employees like it is a hobby.

The fenestration industry as a whole is relatively "old" and does not move quickly with current technology. Interlock seems too risk-averse to try and push innovation onto standing customers and flexing relationships that could be beneficial with pushing innovation forward.
