      Hybrid/remote work. Meeting new clients.

      Cons

      Family owned business- owner favors Family over other (more qualified) employees. Pay is not equivalent to employees worth or dedication to projects. Owner hires & fires employees on the regular- constant revolving door. Extremely aggressive owner who does not know how to control her temper.

      Pros

      First and foremost, IIG is an incredible company to work for. Your voice is always being heard. Plain and simple, IIG cares about each employee as well as their well-being which is nearly impossible to find these days in the workplace! Throughout the years, I've seen this company make very special and sincere accommodations for their great staff. 10/10!

      Cons

      The few negative "Cons" given by former employees should all be ashamed of themselves for saying such falsehoods about this great company. What sad and pathetic individuals.

      Hostile work environment. They hire to fire. During my time there (less than a year) more than 11 people were fired or ended up quitting. They will make up reasons to write you up. Management has no idea what they are doing and the level of drawings and project management is unacceptable. They do not take any form of constructive criticism. Also you have to attend a Bible devotional every morning with the CEO….very hypocritical. Worst work culture I have ever experienced. Stay away!
