Pros
The management isn't perfect, and I cannot deny that there were disagreements between us, but one thing that I respect from them is they always listen. They can't solve every problem that you have but they do take the time to call or e-mail to follow up on your concerns.
Cons
Shifts are long and unpredictable, but this is typical in the security industry.
