      Great People, Great Culture

      Pros

      Dynamic, high energy, creative, and eager work environment. People like each other and work as a team. Respectful and lots of autonomy if you are responsible. Great perks and benefits, like flexible schedules, summer schedule Fridays, commuter checks, and family covered health insurance.

      Cons

      Lots of work, but still very reasonable for consulting. Company is trying to hire, but there are not that many available people in this economy.

      Pros

      I've worked at three major firms in town over the last 25 years and Interface has been the best by far. Management truly cares about the employees. The work is managed well and the stress levels are low. There is opportunity for growth if that is what you are looking for. The work has been interesting and progressive designs are encouraged. The people who work in the Portland office are all real professionals.

      Cons

      I haven't seen any downsides to working here so far after 2.5 years.
