      - Highly motivated, ambitious, and smart co-workers make it a pleasure to come to work each day. - Their Digital Asset Management solution is highly rated, innovative, and their client base is impressive and growing. - Senior Management ensures that employees feel supported in their roles.

      Pros

      Working at IntelligenceBank is rewarding, fun, and flexible. My coworkers are always available to assist, like to have fun and have helped create a great work atmosphere and a great software platform. Emphasis is on growing a great product and culture. Probably the best job I have ever had.

      Cons

      There is not enough Mexican, salsa, chips and cheese on Friday afternoon to help satisfy my personal hunger for growth.

      Pros

      Most of the people are great to work with. Starting salary is decent. Work life balance is okay

      Cons

      - Salary increase is low (1% annually) - Doesn't feel stable because of a highly competitive market - Engineering leadership doesn't really feel like they care about the growth of the team. They also think too highly of AI - Product is quite slow - Laid off a bunch of people - I feel like there was some bias in hiring
