      Pros

      Rep was personable, but lied about being a recruiter.

      Cons

      The IntelliPro/Affinity rep said she was a recruiter, not a temp agency rep. Very nice, but almost made me miss interview with client company CEO, by not informing me ahead of time. Then their back office seem to be clueless and incompetent on issues that affect the ability to be paid.

      Pros

      There are no pros to this company lack of responsibility and completely unprofessional.

      Cons

      This company is unable to pay its employees for the work that they provide. Every week getting paid is a nightmare. Every week is another excuse as to why you will not be paid for your services rendered. This company is the least professional company i have ever worked for.

      Great company and culture

      Pros

      Team collaboration: Monthly cross-departmental meetings, where new ideas were always welcomed. Lots of opportunities to work with different departments and learn their point of view. Professional growth: As a smaller, growing company, I was able and welcome to bring new ideas to the table. Lots of opportunities for hands-on experience to build processes from the ground up. Great culture: The inclusive and diverse team creates a welcoming and motivating atmosphere. Leadership team's open-door policy and commitment to employee well-being were evident throughout my time with the company. The company recognizes and rewards outstanding performance, which was a great motivator. I received encouragement and appreciation for my contributions, which was inspiring and reinforced my commitment to the company's success. Work-Life balance: Remote work available.

      Cons

      It is a small company, so while you are able to make a significant impact in your role, professional development can be limited in scope.
