      Pros

      I can't think of any.

      Cons

      Have to fight for a raise in pay and the rare times you get one its less than cost of living adjustments. Doesn't care for its employees. Gives no bonuses. So cheap that they hold their holiday party in January at an Apartment club house.

      The founders are managing the company and are great people. Treats the employees well.

      Cons

      Small company and thus you are subject to the vagaries of the market. You are expected to contribute to the proposal writing.
