      Pros

      No company is perfect, but this one is pretty good. Leadership takes the time to listen, mentor, and develop their staff.

      Cons

      It's a small company and doesn't always have people on staff with the right skillsets when unique challenges arise.

      I really like most management. They are personable, kind, and willing to listen to the entire staff.

      Cons

      There is constant pressure and push to meet deadlines. Most deadlines are reasonable but there is very little time to train and develop skills to get the work done faster.
