My time at ICON has been incredibly rewarding. The company has a strong foundation and continues to make impressive strides in both stability and employee support. One of the biggest changes I’ve noticed is the focus on work-life balance—it’s not just talk. Pay is competitive, and benefits have only gotten better over time, which shows that leadership is really paying attention to what employees need. The management team is small but very approachable, which makes communication feel more personal and direct.
