      Pros

      Owners are high quality people with good values and are very active with the day-to-day activities within the company. Honest product that does what's intended.

      Cons

      Many customers with specialized needs combined with complicated government regulations make their loan origination software challenging to support. Small company so you have to wear many hats. Must be experienced, strong performer to thrive there, very challenging environment.

      Pros

      The people here are what really make the company. The 2 owners truly do care about the people that work there. The overall atmosphere is pretty tight knit and it was on of the best places I've ever worked

      Cons

      It's a small company and with a small company comes the need to wear multiple hats. Even if you're a developer, you may spend several hours a week working directly with a single client to help resolve an issue. And then the next day, you may work with a completely other group.
