Pros
Original IntaForensics staff prior to the FA takeover are/were fantastic. There was a great culture and a feeling everyone was pulling in the same direction as a team.
Cons
Since the takeover more and more people have left, having been driven out my woeful mismanagement from the group level. Treating employees as dispensable rather than as valued members of the company. Issues were swept under the carpet and senior leadership neglected any responsibility for the difficulties being faced, all the whilst not listening or taking onboard any advice - "we know better, you just need to work harder" . The old culture of the business has been ruined by the takeover and senior leadership of FA. Unsurprisingly a lot of core staff had enough and left.
