Pros
Challenging work with supportive managers that care about their people. A lot of opportunity for growth. Great software platform. Poor performers and disgruntled employees are dismissed quickly.
Cons
Sometimes unreasonable expectations of what could be accomplished in a certain time period.

No real plan for how to handle deployments. They would sell products with not enough employees to get the job completed in the timelines they gave people for delivery. Upper management was very temperamental and you wondered day to day if you were getting fired because they were having a bad day.
