Pros

You get to work with interesting people at the branches. Flexible hours, don't need to see same people everyday. Everything will be trained by senior staff. Car allowance is a really good tax write off for personal tax.

Cons

Really low starting wage. Minimal benefits. High turnover staffing. Salary raise is low. Poor management. Require some suck up skills. Low budget on everything. Zero support to local communities.

Stressful and On Your Own

Pros

Friendly people, CEO occasionally visits and takes offices out for lunch or dinner. Initial pay negotiation was okay.

Cons

Very limited PTO days (Sick days, for example) and a disappointing benefits package. Interpersonal problems within offices and management are rarely addressed, often being "fixed" by moving employees around. When real problems arise, management chooses to ignore it. This has caused many employees to leave due to stress, bullying, or being moved too often. Training is available, but in my experience you're more likely to be thrown in head first and left until you figure it out, which causes E&O exposure.
