A rare org. that embraces change. Given that it's an insurance research/comm org, the work one would not expect the work to be engaging, but III has proven to be a great place to do creative and innovative work. Fairly regular hours. Interesting and talented coworkers.
Cons
Few that I can think of. It's a place with an established workforce, so the pace of change sometimes can be slow. Small (~20 on-site) org, so not a buzzing hive of activity. Offices in financial district can make commutes dicey.
