      Pros

      New hires get an Instant Pot.

      Cons

      Top-down management issues and general lack of positive leadership. Lack of clear process, lack of unified vision and direction, and a total lack of intra- and inter departmental communication. Lack of trust from top-down. Secretive, non-collaborative culture. Toxic culture. Workers bond over shared anxiety and distress.

      Pros

      I guess that you can say you work at Instant Pot when people ask, since it's fairly popular. You are given a free low to mid-range pot when you start, but that is about it.

      Cons

      It's an extremely toxic environment, led by an incredibly inexperienced executive team that does not trust, nor value the people they employ. Every day is different, and by that I mean that you cannot predict what is going to change for the worse. There is absolutely no planning or strategy involved in decisions, extreme secrecy and infighting. There is absolutely no reason to ever work for this company. I cannot understand why anyone still works at this company. The pay is subpar, the benefits are miserable and the culture is a toxic wasteland. If you want to put your time into a company that does not care about you then this is the place to be. Be prepared to be thrown out like yesterday's trash at the drop of the hat because of something you have no control, or even awareness, of.

      No resources No staff No heat No leadership No profit sharing No planning No direction No clue No future A dead end job in a dying department. Just don't.
