      I have wonderful colleagues and a supportive leader. Insource has given me great flexibility in my day and balance in my life. Most importantly, I appreciate the opportunity to learn new skills and develop my career. I sincerely feel valued by the senior leaders and my own leader.

      Cons

      I don't have anything negative to say about Insource. It's a wonderful place to work. If you're considering a role here and you've never been a consultant, there's a learning curve. There are people here to help get over the hurdles, but you have to earn your keep (billable hours) and that's the nature of consulting! Growth opportunities are here, you have to be proactive and advocate for yourself.
