      Pros

      Really the only pro is it's a paycheck if you desperately need one.

      Cons

      There are no benefits whatsoever at this company... No paid time off, no paid holidays, no medical, dental, or anything... No annual performance reviews, and don't even ask about a raise cuz that ain't happening.

      Everyone at Insight is a big family. No strict dress code. Everyone does whatever necessary to help you reach your highest potential in your job title. There is always room for growth.
