      1(sometimes 2) decision makers in the company that refuse to listen, adapt, or collaborate yet (only)everyone else is held accountable or blamed for the outcomes of those marching orders.

      Some wonderful and smart people worked here.

      Cons

      This company has a founder who has no idea how to build a successful product, but is incapable of relinquishing control to those who do. Lots of lip service from the alpha male CEO about the toxicity of micromanaging, but he was just as obstructive to everyone below him as the founder was.
