Employees keep leaving because expectations and demand keep growing, while management isn't providing the support and compensation to match them. It's difficult to want to stay here when the company isn't making any effort to show it cares about you.

Where to begin. This company is an actual circus. The “higher ups” only care about their salaries. I seriously cannot even begin to describe the levels of greed and incompetence I’ve witnessed while I was there. Leaders will just present what’s “good” about their departments and then pat each other on the back while departments suffer from worker shortages, constant fear of being laid off and no raises for years (even though leadership is constantly on about how well the company is doing) and are left dealing with super angry clients. Promises are never kept and they will even lie to your face saying they were never made in the first place. The last thing I will add is this is the least diverse place I have ever worked, but after working there for a couple of months, you quickly find out why. Just stay away. It’s not worth it.
