      Pros

      Great working environment with innovative, collaborative teams. The company is very transparent with goals and where you and your team contribute to the company success. Focused, clear deliverables tied to challenging, but reasonable timelines. One of the best cultures I have ever worked in. People are passionate about the work they do and willing to help each other succeed.

      Cons

      R&D and Operations are split across three locations making collaborations a bit challenging at times.
