      Pros

      Pay was decent, and comp plan when I first started was excellent. Degraded significantly with new management.

      Cons

      I enjoyed working at III until new management came in. Referred to employees as human capital, the new CEO talked about how rich he was and how he didn't need the job. He is arrogant, and his team of cronies is none better. Created a Toxic environment, and encouraged a mass exodus of top sales people.

      Promised Raises, Delayed Raises, No Raises

      Pros

      Good coworkers, friendly library atmosphere, challenging and exciting career for a librarian.

      Cons

      Underpaid Promised raises effective July 17th. Fair market study was announced, raises postponed until outcome in September. Money was said to have been set aside for raises. CEO brags about growth and profitability. Outcome of study not released in September. October 11th, company was told merit-based increases will not be given this year. After receiving performance reviews in the first half of the year, and being told raises were coming July 15th.

      Unlimited PTO, or so I'm told, but you can't prove this by me ok health benefits great coworkers wonderful customers we get paid regularly

      Cons

      Every week more people leave the company. Until several months ago, people were being let go by dim-witted management, today they are leaving for greener pastures on their own. There have been some new and re-hires, but so far not enough to be of help to those of us in the trenches. IT is a shambles and none of the new IT guys know how to fix the infrastructure. Pay is on the thin side for a tech company (unless you're in management). No one knows when more heads will roll.
