      Australian made, loyal customer base, some very smart people working in the company. Good training modules.

      Cons

      Low salary as compared to other organisation, low margins on sales. Politics and favouritism is common.

      Somehow laid back not when i left. Supportive coworkers but they mostly moving to new positions or new companies

      Low salary More pressure on employees to achieve management numbers No activities or much of company gatherings for food once a month top

      Good R&D teams but owners are cheap

      Good R&D team members. Hardware, Firmware and Software - lots of opportunity with production line in the same building

      Cons

      Family business - lots of family members are spreaded in teams. Family owners have not raised salary in R&D teams for last 3 years. Not usual for IT workes.
