Bloated, delusional agency out of touch with the market

Good location Operational departments (accounting, administration, IT) are great

Business leadership is completely out of touch with the market or the times. This agency is for the inexperienced to cut their teeth and for the irrelevant to age out of the industry. Egos, self-grandeur and nepotism are rampant. 55 year olds fire 25 year olds for not being technologically edgy enough, then turn around and hire their 59 year old friends to lead digital. Lots of laid off folks end up here through connections, with minimal vetting. Dismal atmosphere.
