Pros
Small agency and office. Good location. Decent field experience.
Cons
Poor benefits and unrealistic PTO policy. Underpaid and non competitive wages for hard work. Easily can be taken advantage of, as it often felt like I was doing the work of three people. Management is almost nonexistent. Rushed, inefficient work over quality worked is preferred (except for video projects). High employee turnover. Note: This is a Christian work/office environment (meetings begin with prayer).
