I guess pizza fridays were nice but didn't make up for everything else.

This is a mom and pop shop to its core. Don't expect to be given the tools to properly complete job functions. The HR used to be decent but now is just a minion for the CEO. Absolutely no upword movement to speak of. Use as a stepping stone to move on to better things.
