Pros

The joining process was smooth and well coordinated. The induction program was well organized and gave a good overview of the company, culture, and products. The HR team was supportive and responsive throughout the onboarding process. Colleagues are approachable and willing to help when needed. Overall, it was a positive experience for a new joiner.

Cons

The Knowledge Transfer (KT) process could be more structured and better planned.
